Es gab Befürchtungen, dass durch das verwendete Protein eine Autoimmunreaktion gestartet werden könnte, wobei das wohl in der Praxis nie passiert ist. Aber es gab eben auch Klagen gegen das Unternehmen, schlechte Presse und mangelnde Nachfrage als Folge dessen. Dazu sagt der Wirtschaftswissenschaftler dann wohl, dass sich der Markt selbst reguliert habe. Das sind Dinge, die immer wieder passieren, und leider wird Politik heute nicht mehr sachlich-fachlich, sondern überwiegend populistisch gemacht.
